The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices and was well-presented. the concierge desk had well-trained staff who gave helpful advice about how to get to local attractions such as Mt. Hengshan.
The location of the hotel was not ideal for tourists, as it was far from the city center and the airport. the restaurant lacked English translations on the menu which made it difficult to order food.

It was quite small and tended to get crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to fully enjoy.
